All I can say as a very nervous patient how wonderful my dentist Aniela and her nurse Bee were on my recent visit for dental surgery. They were kind and caring and made my treatment as pain free as possible and I can honestly say I felt no pain at all, they told me everything that was going to happen at each stage reassuring me at all times. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
I have been coming to this dentist for over 10 years and always received very good treatment from the dental staff. In the past the service from the front reception desk staff was somewhat mixed; however, in the last 2 years the staff changes have been really positive all round and they provide a truly excellent service, well done to the new team and keep up the great service with a smile.....
When i have my appointments "some" dentists seem to be good. And actually give you advice and clean your teeth. However, every time i go or need to book an appointment for some reason "i have never been since rhe past 2 or 3 years" my records are always lost?!
Happened to find this after I had tooth trouble which needed seeing to urgently, managed to get an appointment the same day as well as two further appointments for fillings the same week, receptions staff were nice but were unaware if I was a registered NHS impatient with the practice or not but other than that I received a good service from my dentist.
My only concern is the privacy of the practice, since there were no window blinds and I felt uncomfortable with the row of terrace houses across the street.
Other than it is a good dentist.
Always a pleasant and very friendly dental experience with Aniela and Bee, they both make you feel relaxed and take you through all procedures before hand to make you feel at ease and answer any questions you have comprehensively, would thoroughly recommend them both.
I always feel anxious at the dentist and at every visit I’m put at ease instantly.
I take warfarin blood thinners indefinitely and it’s reassuring to know that my dentist are fully away of how anticoagulants work, which makes me feel in very safe hands.
this has been my dentist for around 4 years had a recent oral assessment
to replace old bridges and to improve the appearance of my mouth.
after just 4 appointments the end result was brilliant, and my dentist Nusrat Jiva
and her assistant made me feel relaxed and the whole process was pain free,
if you need a dentist i would recommend this one 10/10.
Very friendly staff. Very reassuring for those who are nervous patients. Would definitely recommend. Dentist was very patient and kindly talked me through the procedure. From the moment you walk in, to the moment you leave, you feel extremely welcomed by all of the staff!
