Very bad experience.. not responding.. don't waste your valuable by for contacting them for any service.personally have been there more than 3 times and contacted through phone around 10 times , unfortunately still not responded to any of them.totally disappointed and wasted my one month for minor service.please think twice when choosing service point.

This garage is fantastic! They have helped me out so many times over the last year and diagnosed and fixed problems other garages couldn't. The latest time was today, when they most likely saved my life! Another garage put 4 new tyres on for me and forgot to fix the wheel nuts back on properly on one of my front tyres! I thought it was a wheel bearing problem and was very lucky the wheel hadn't come right off and caused a nasty accident. I was at Lanes for another problem with my car but because they are so efficient, they checked on my 'bearing problem' while I was there. I am feeling blessed to have found these guys. I very highly recommend them. They are friendly, efficient, well priced and professional. Please support this local business. They are certainly worth it. Thank you! x
Most dissapointed, was told i needed an expensive part to fix my car. I took my car somewhere else and it was just a simple problem which required a replacement hose, not a turbo and actuator as this garage told me. I would not take my car there again. i would not reccomend this garage to anyone. We should be able to trust tradespeople and not be ripped off.
First time I used Lanes the service was very good, phoned me with updates on job and price so no big surprises, will definitely be going back and happy to recommend thanks guys.
Very professional at 4 wheel alignment on Audi tt, explained all readings and made necessary adjustments in a very short time.
