This place is a magnet. We have been at least three times. Today was our fourth time. At the time of writing 2021 social distancing was in place but the timed system was perfect. Everything was simply magically as ever inside. You will never be bored with this place. You see something new each time. Kids love it. Adults love it. There’s something for everyone there. No wonder this hidden treasure is so popular. I found it purely by taking a wrong turn and I’ve been going back ever since. Just do yourself a favour and go. Thank me later.
The BEST museum I've ever been to - Ever!!! Makes it even better that it's independently owned by lovely people.
Completely worth the £8 adult entry (less for students and OAPs I believe)
There's an incredible range of items here. We spent 2+ hours here and easily could have taken longer but it was closing time! The 37 different sections are all unique and brilliant. Worth a stop if you're in the area or if you aren't!
This place needs help.... but not what you think. Its PERFECT the way it is. They only have 4 years left. There is some sort of legal thing going on reference ownership. If there are any lawyers out there willing to help out or give their time for free then that would be amazing. This collection needs to stay together exactly as it is. Please if there's anyone out there that can help preserve this place then please contact them. I only wish I could help more.
We came to see the museum but not open it’s looking for abandoned, really disappointed
Stumbled upon this place by accident and so glad we did! It's so qwerky! Definitely worth a couple of hours if anyones time.
What a hidden gem of a museum! Amazing place - filled to the brim with curios and nostalgia. Well worth a visit!
What an amazing place, you can tell it's taken a lifetime together for the owners to build this collection, the wedding photos were particularly touching. Would be interesting to anyone this place and is highly recommend a visit, we'll definitely be going back (I'm not putting many photos on as you need to go ????)! Big thanks to the lovely friendly owners as well, really well done ????
