The food was great! It was quite an unwelcoming arrival though.
Pizza was delicious (would recommended) and food came quickly.
Didn't stay long enough to use the facilities.
Price was reasonable and the restaurant was comfortable.
Would visit again if passing.
Amazing place! Fantastic, freshly cooked food and great value for money. Dessert was the best I'd ever tasted, home-made tirrimisu - not something I like, but this was proper homemade and not like anything I'd had before, no overpowering alcohol or coffee! The lady said she had been making it the same for 13 years, and I'd go back just for this! If you want amazing Italian food, this is 100% worth a visit.
Excellent hand made pizza, pasta, sandwiches, coffee, tiramisu. Very fresh ingredients. La Taverna/Café 84 feels like a simple, authentic Italian restaurant, well worth the short walk away from the city centre. I really love their menu.

We went to this restaurant as the reviews showed it to be excellent… however it really wasn’t! The staff were friendly and the place looked clean and cute… the main issue was the food! Was so bland and tasteless… we left feeling sick and unsatisfied… do not get the lasagne or penne Al forno…It was so overpriced for the quality
Love this place. Top quality food great service and prices. The staff are lovely and try as I might I can't find anything negative to say about it. Is my favourite place !!!!!!!
