Excellent food, second-to-none service, terrific setting. Huge congrats to Katja Marshall and her team (Oceane etc) for an amazing culinary experience in the Swiss alps. I would have never expected to enjoy such high quality Peruvian/ Japanese fusion food in a place like Crans. Well done again ????????
Très bon restaurant, service au top, nourriture excellente. Nous avons fini avec un café sur la terrasse au tour du feu c'était parfait. Compté 100-150chf par personne pour un bon repas !
new chef on town. The place is really nice. The seating is amazing if you are not on the table with stools. Thed enw chef is amazing. High end classique French cuisine with a zest of local Valais. It is not the typical carnozet with melted cheese. If you look for a superb location, good service and excellent cuisine, this is the new place in Crans.
