Je trouve inacceptable que que cet enseigne est censée fermer à 19h et que à chaque fois que je m’y rend après 17:45 il est impossible d’avoir ce que l’on désire car le four est toujours éteint passer cet heure ci, je comprend que le four doit être nettoyer et éteint a l’avance mais je ne comprend pas et trouve inacceptable que 1h15 avant la fermeture il sois toujours éteint, un four ne prend pas 1h15 a être nettoyer !!! En plus de cela les femme qui travaille la bas ne sont jamais accueillant et toujours très désagréable, la nourriture est cependant bien mais le service et les horaires reste inacceptable.
Dans chaque boutique où je vais à 17h tout es arrêter c’est inadmissible en même temps vu la manière dont son traiter les salariés et ce dont nous partage les employés la peur règne , patron français comme d’hab à éviter
Bons mais chers . 18 CHF pour un menu avec sandwich boisson dessert ????

Better off with a subway - bread was lovely but apart from that the filling was half full, half arsed and the shop was full of flies and wasps all over the food. I had the Thon which was a scraping of tuna and tiny lettuce and my bf had the vegetarian which we paid extra for avocado which again was half full with 2 bits of Avocado - for 9 CHF save your money

Quand on vient dans cet établissement c’est pour manger des produits frais,bien préparés , avec un accueil chaleureux et amical qu’on ne retrouve plus de nos jours.
Croque monsieur a 10 frs avec des produits bas de gamme. On nous prend pour des poires
I asked the lady working in the morning(Tuesday 08:35 am on 02Aug) if i could have the orange juice in a paper cup (which they had!!) instead of single use disposable cup. She refused rudely saying thats how you get it. I asked if the plastic is compostable. She didnt know. This is total ignorance. Business like this dont care about environment and should be banned by the state. Dear owner, i see loads of people have complained about your staff. Are you stressing them out?
PS: thanks for your reply. People should still have the choice to use paper cup. Ideally you should have biocompostable plastic which many places have instead of the PET. Why would your employees have a problem to pour the juice into a paper cup?
