Our first visit to this restaurant was 5 years ago and then we really liked the atmosphere and the cuisine.
At this time we didn't feel the cute atmosphere.
The restaurant needs modernization, modern renovation of the premises, kitchen and toilet.
The furniture looks old and not fresh. The hood in the kitchen does not work well, as all the smoke from the grill or oven ended up in the hall.
I want more coziness and a modern style interior. The cuisine was not bad, but not top. Red wine brightened up our evening. It was really delicious.
The tiramisu dessert was artificial, not homemade at all.
The staff was friendly and nice.
Had a really good meal here tonight, first time at the restaurant. Quite busy inside and while that was the case staff were really friendly and helpful. Always checking on tables. Food was really good, tasty and cooked perfectly. It was reasonably priced too. Not cheap but about what you'd expect eating out. All in all, very happy with everything and will come back.
Edit* and back for a 2nd time and love this place. My original review stands. Everything was lovely.
One of my favourite places to have dinner the food is fresh and delicious the staff are so lovely and the prices are very reasonable. The tomato soup is to die for! My family are I love going to La fonte for dinner!

Lovely wee restaurant with great food and amazing service. Given how large our party was today (half the restaurant) they were organised, professional and accommodating. Definitely going back.
We have just been in today for Sunday lunch, the food was absolutely lovely. Service was a little slow in-between courses, but the staff were nice and friendly. It was a little smoky in the dining area from the kitchen, i think it needs better ventilation, but overall a lovely afternoon. Thank you
The food was ok. Nothing special but enjoyable. The service was also good.
Atmosphere at the time wasn't the best as we had a couple arguing just behind us which wasn't ideal but nothing that will stop me comeback.
