When I’m in London visiting family I find myself always drawn back to this happy little cafe. Even when it’s full they make you feel looked after. I always go for the Portuguese cakes and pastries but they have nice savoury options too. The staff don’t make you feel rushed to choose, and they don’t leave you standing there waiting for attention, that extra patience to give customers time makes a big difference to the overall welcome. I don’t think you can teach that. There are lots of other cool choices in Crystal Palace for sure, but somehow I just end up walking around and back to this warm and friendly spot.
Just awful
Sausage and bacon panini was a joke, sausage sliced so thin, doubt it was even half a sausage, dry panini, looked more like two Ryvta’s squashed together. Coffee was bitter, tasted old. Find it amazing that an “Italian” cafe can serve such rubbish. Wouldn’t waste my money going again. Truly rubbish.
Best coffee in Crystal Palace, a fabulous community cafe, friendly happy team, great atmosphere and definitely my go to coffee shop.
If you are looking for a family friendly place in the area to have coffee and breakfast, this is the place! I love going here with my family during the weekend. The staff are very friendly and the food is so tasty and delicious. Highly recommended!
Lovely little cafe, had a Bacon and Sausage Baguette for breakfast and it was very nice.

Fabulous cafe very friendly staff, quick service and great atmosphere. Defiantly recommend visiting here. You won’t be disappointed, you’ll want to come back, I do.
Such a happy place, with friendly staff. The place is full during lunch and you can’t help but feeling you are part of the local community.

What a lovely find! Mums with babies, travelers (us!), and retired folks crowded into the shop. I wish I had taken pictures of the delicious chicken pesto panini and our favorite- the Pizza Palla with amazing fresh mozzarella, a fantastic tomato base with fresh oregano, and yummy mushrooms. Stellar flavor! Our mocha and cappuccino were perfect and took the chill off when we arrived!
