You absolutely must try the chicken at L’Auberge d’Hermance. I have never tasted a chicken like this before. Succulent, tender and very tasty.
Service is top level: friendly yet professional and fast.
Atmosphere is rich and traditional. Great place to take your business partners to.
Valet parking is a classy addition to the overall experience as there is nowhere to park in Hermance. Please don’t forget to tip the valet)
Not all starters are worth your money though. Winter salad is the one to avoid.
Nous avons passé une superbe soirée. La nourriture était excellente et le service très sympathique. Nous trouvons que 7.- le café est un peu exagéré.
Excellent food, we love the asparagus and calamar appetizers. They serve wine from a winery that is just 5 min walking distance, so really local sourcing! The slow cooked beef is tasty. My favorite is their dessert, see pics, very nicely presented
