Absolutely delicious! We got the set menu for 3, and the portions were so generous, we had some left over, despite having good appetites. Everything tasted very fresh. It was our first time , will definitely go again!
Impressed by the constant quality of food we get from kwai chin. Our last order (this week) was something to talk about. Salt and pepper king prawns and the satay chicken squewers are easily the best in town.
Really enjoyed our meal tonight. Friendly and fast service. Portions very generous, all hot and plenty of meat and prawns in our chow mein.
First try with kwai chin and I got really amazed by their food, lovely curry and salt and pepper dishes. I will definitely come back again

Rice dishes are lovely, golden special fried rice with very tasty gravy is the best. We also recommend curry dishes, salt & pepper dishes, peking dishes & crispy garlic chicken. Food smells delicious. We tried all other local restaurants & takeways, Kwai Chin has been favourite for over 15y. Friendy staff who do mind customising dishes & it is very good value
I have never had such a horrible meal. We all got ill ????
The rice is soggy
Most of the meat was still cold
And when they say gravy it means it! Nasty like school dinner gravy.
It looks like frozen stuff from Icelands reheated twice and served cold.
Fortune Court is easy the only option in Newtown
or go here risk hogging the toilet bowl and still going hungry.
Even my dog wouldn't eat most of it and it smells like his food.
How there still open is a joke
The food was ok. Some dishes lacking in flavour and seemed similar to other dishes. They only take cash too unfortunately.
