I ordered food from this restaurant and was extremely disappointed with the service. Not only did the delivery take over an hour to arrive, but the food was also of extremely poor quality. The biriyani was tasteless and chicken pieces were in ration were cold and lacked flavor, and it was clear that they had been sitting for some time before being delivered.
The customer service was also unsatisfactory. When I called to inquire about the delay, the staff was unapologetic and offered no explanation or solution. Before Covid they provided good and tasty food and kept good customer relations.
Telephone etiquette is very poor..! They really don't know how to behave properly . Initially beef biriyani was good enough , recently it all went just ok ok type.. the respondent who pick up the calls ,usually behave so rude..!
I have taken parcel of beef briyani and opened in home to eat but briyani masala was spoiled with bad smell then I called kunjikkas restaurant and informed that your food was spoiled.
Shop owner was not responded properly and He is simply telling me you and come change the biriyani.
Please don't buy any biriyani this restaurant.

Best biriyani I've ever had in Kuwait -both chicken and beef. Perfect flavour, right amount of gravy, quantity and good packaging. Actually I've never tasted such authentic Malabar biriyani even in some of the expensive hotels in Kerala. It's a must try.
Five kuboos has 50 fils and this guys charged me 100 fils for two pappad with a beef biriyani and very arrogant character. I would mark minus star if it’s available.
Don't order from this restaurant there not a professional way to handle the guest I ordered chicken biryani there is no chicken only rice even I call to them they are so rude the cut the call over of my mouth and they don't care what you want to say q
