Excellent service. 1st time in having work done with new owner. Read the good reviews and wasnt dissapointed! Excellent job and fitted the car in quite quickly. Everyone very polite and helpful. Thankyou for a great repair job!
Avoid at all costs. Half done job. Car came back with problems that were not there before. Bad communication and a blasé attitude. Much better outlets available that don’t lie and go round the houses.
Rude staff. Car looked worse after they had attempted to fix. Paintwork was well below par. Stay away at all cost.
Arrived out the blue for a job which another garage said wasn't possible, they fitted me in on the day, did a professional job and didn't charge an arm and a leg.
Can't rate enough, responded to this Muppet in distress as I got my van stuck nearby. Extremely helpful, got me out of the sticky spot quickly and efficiently (not too much laughter at my idiocy either!) will certainly be recommending and using as and when needed.
I have a lease car that is due to go back, the bumper of which had a nasty ding in it. Took it to Kremer and Barry assured me that they could repair it and save me the cost of a new bumper.
He was true to his word. The bumper looks brand new and the work was 25% of the cost of a new bumper! I cant thank him enough and recommend their services highly enough.

Went to Kremer on friday afternoon with a fairly damaged front bumper due to a deer running into me. They took a look and advised a few options. Offered if I brought it back tomorrow 1st thing, they would see what they could do. Got the car back 3 hours later all straightened out. Excellent job and great price. Definitely recommend.
Would defo highly recommend Kremer garage in Theale! I had a dent & scratch in the rear bumper of my Mini. They made an excellent job of the repair, in a very short time. Very pleasant & friendly service!
