For a first timer, food was lovely and presentation. Restaurant is very stylist with beautiful pictures on wall. Very friendly service and they take care of you.
I must say as well great choice of play list today hint hint ????(my name). Hope to be dinnig here again very very soon.
I visited KOZ SHIRLEY last night (Sat 3rd) at 19:00 to celebrate my birthday with my family after reading serval reviews. Upon available the staff were very unfriendly. We sat down and had to ask for the menus. Once we eventually served we gave our starter, main and drinks order to the waiter. We then waited 45 mins for our DRINKS?? The food when arrived was nice.... apart from extra chips and rice which we ordered arrived 25 mins after we got our food. The chips were HARD! The service was BAD. The staff went around with attitude and were shocked we didn’t leave a tip! Why would we when you forgot half our order and then made us feel unwelcome. I have never written such a bad review about a restaurant and felt so embaressed as there was 10 of us who felt the same! Oh and hire more staff so tables dont get left out and forgotten about!
First visit to the restaurant and I was not disappointed with the food. My wife is vegetarian and she had a selection to chose from. Food was delicious, nice décor, clean and friendly staff.
I will definitely go back to this place!!!
I go here atleast once a month and love theTurkish meze's and lamb main. The restaurant is clean, decorated to my taste and staff are attentive and polite. One of my favourite Turkish restaurants south of the river.
We went on Saturday evening for dinner. One of their employees told us to come in an hour, then another one told us to come in an hour and a half. We were still waiting, but after 15 mins of waiting, the second one told us to come the next day or on Monday! We asked if they could call us when a table became available and they said no and told us to call and keep checking. That's when we decided give up and not eat there at all. Rude staff. Pathetic attitude. Horrible customer service.
This place is just wonderful. The food could not be any better and their lamb is beyond great! We come here at least once a month.
Here for new years eve, fantastic food loads of it as well.
