Lots of staff and very quick service things can go wrong sometimes and we are all in a hurry , the staff give 100% to deal with any problems and direct you to the correct department ect . Lovely friendly pharmacy with wonderfully helpful staff
All the staff at Knightons are so very pleasant and helpful and we have never had a negative response ever. There are a lot of them serving and you never wait for more than a couple of minutes. They are so much better than Lloyds the Chemist a few doors away who are totally incompetent.
I have used KNIGHTONS for many years and also had the pleasure of working for them for a short while. Very helpful, caring, knowledgable staff who are always friendly and give good advice. Well done to you all.
I have now been coming to Knightons pharmacy for over 14 years and can honestly say, I have never had a problem, the staff have always gone over and above with regard to customer service. They are the most friendly pharmacy I have ever been to. My prescriptions are always ready on time.
Too many people are quick to complain, however not many people put the effort in to say THANK YOU and that is exactly what I want to do!!
