Recently used Kite Griffin again for my house sale and purchase and they were brilliant. Chloe was mostly taking care of me but also Leanne as well. I cannot praise them enough as well as the whole team. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and always willing to take my calls or quickly come back to me. I am very grateful to Chloe who guided me all along the way and helped to make the process as smooth as possible, she was great to work with. We were recommended these solicitors after a conflict of interest with our initial solicitors meant we needed to quickly find new representation for the purchase of our house.
I can't provide 5*s as there was a problem with our house purchase that caused a significant amount of stress that can't be overlooked and it was on the shoulders of our solicitor to manage.
However, I will say that when the issues came to light, Chris Kite personally rang us with assurances and I can find no fault with the work done after this point. I really believe had we worked with Tracey from day 1 this experience would have been much more straightforward and less stressful as she really knows what she's doing.
