We were attending a funeral at the church nearby. After a journey of 2 1/2 hours, it was fantastic to find a place to eat and drink. My wife and I both had a breakfast that satisfied us for the day, but they had a good selection of delicious looking cakes.
What an amazing place this is, with fantastic owners too.
My family and I were in the area and visited several times over a couple of weeks.
We had toast (not just any toast) - it was delish, quality bread. Another day I had the homemade Katsu curry - it was very tasty and clearly made with top quality ingredients, expertise and love.
We had to arrange a funeral while in the area and the cafe did the catering for that, providing the sandwiches and amazing home made cakes too.
Village groups were having their small get-togethers in the café and everyone was welcomed and so well looked after.
The café is clearly the hub of the village and we are so pleased that we found this first-class gem.
Next year we will be in the area again and it will definitely be our first port of call.

Really lovely cafe, with a great atmosphere. The owners Gavin and Lisa do a fantastic job. The food and coffee is always amazing!
Visited this morning with a group of cyclists, the owners were so welcoming and the coffee was really nice. Opted for Lemon drizzle cake which was absolutely yummy, will definitely return.
A lovely lunch. Been here many times now and they havent let us down once. A great team that provides a lovely service. Food is great.

Found this wonderful cafe on the way home from South Wales.What a find ,super and very friendly service and homemade food ! Could not have asked for more after a stressful journey and finding the pub across the road was closed. They deserve all the accolades...Thank you !
