Was there 10mins visiting family and ordered a pint. Sat down less than 5mins before locals came over and punched me and my 16yr old son while others laughed. Landlord then told "US" to leave.. had to call police and was informed that they are under investigation for MULTIPLE offences commited on premises.. will NEVER return and definately DO NOT reccomend this place. ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE NOT FROM DEVON!!
Nice real pub, good ale that tastes great and is obviously looked after by the landlord, friendly service and reasonable prices, only none food pub in the town apart from the Conservative club and is well worth a visit
