Went to this fish and chips shop while on a little holiday in Dorset during a long weekend. The fish and chips were so good, not greasy at all and so delicious. The owners were very funny and polite. I'd recommend this fish and chips shop to anybody stopping in Beaminster.

I would give a minus star if I could but the ratings won't allow . So got chips for my mother in law and family, ordered fish and chips got it back home and my in-law could not even eat any it was vile . Chips were triple cooked , tasted like been sat in the fryer all day and fish was disgusting , small and greecy.will never come here again, would not recommend
Great fish and chips, battered sausages are excellent too! Although I must admit the owner, Shirley, is the real gem here! She's the most friendly and lovely person ever!! Never fails to recognise a customer's face and always goes way over the top to brighten their day! She has no filter but has been nothing but kind to us!! Truly the most iconic establishment in Beaminster

Visited whilst holidaying in a cottage in Beaminster. Fish and chips, very tasty. Although the fish wasn't huge it was skinless and very fresh. Chips nice and fresh too.
Couple who own the take away, very friendly!
