Excellent practise. Dr John looks after but also follows up with each patient. As an entire family who have been taken care of I know that we are in great care always. Any doctor, nurse or consultant we have met has always spoken highly of the John family doctors and their dedication to the community.
Terrible service!! I would give them no stars if i had the option! Had an appointment 2 weeks ago and was prescribe some medication to monitor asthma. Tried to call the surgery a few days later to speak to the nurse at the medication was giving me a reaction. Couldn't get through so emailed them with the subject being 'Urgent'. Until this day no one has got back to me! I was due to have a phone appointment with the same nurse today but did not receive the call??!!!
Absolutely horrific. I've been waiting for 4 years for an appointment. Receptionist are so rude! This place should be closed down. I have reported to the Health organisation too. They all sit there doing God knows what and never have appointments. You could be dead before they actually offer nay appointments! I have finally transferred somewhere else and they gave me appointment in the next couple of days! Honestly this place is diabolical! You are playing with people health!!!
Poor service at best. I only left a one star because I couldn't leave none.
Basically fobbed of to 111 or A&E, which I don't need.
The NHS is on a mess because of GP's like these.
The receptionist are arrogant and rude
Very rarely need to see a doctor but when I do they are very quick to help with appoints to see a doctor. Been with this family of GPs since 1992 . Wouldn't go anywhere else.
Waste of time.. Your better off dieing.. What's the actual point of giving someone an appointment time and still be waiting 40 min.. Pathetic broken system.. Please someone make it make sense..
I have been a patient of this surger for more than 10 years . Since Dr. John joined this Aurora group the services have gone down hills I miss the days when you would see you Dr. J. John . He made made the time to listen to patients and met their needs . But since it joined Dr.Klamath all I see are Locum Doctors who have no clue in relation to patient continuety of care .. Pure negligence. To even request for blood test which was easily requested by the GP receptionist in past now you have to book an appointment to a GP first …At 8 am you sit waiting on the phone only to be told on your turn that there are no slots available and try again. I have been trying to book an appointment for the past 2 weeks no slots . What is in hell is going with this surgery I am so appalled and scared for my health cause if are not prompt and firm you are left to die . This is terrible
Made an appointment for my mum because she has been experiencing a lot of pain due to her kidney stones. The doctor was so disrespectful and cold, said she cant do anything and that my mum is lucky she has not been hospitalised meaning her pain is not that bad? She proceeds to say "the kidney stones were asymptomatic in 2017"... which was 6 years ago?? Despite me telling her my mum cries from the pain. I asked for a blood test and she said the bloods were normal a few months ago so why would my mum "want to waste her blood"? She did not even take a history or offer anything for the pain, she tried to end the consultation in the first 10 seconds by saying my mum has already been referred to the specialist, which was months ago and we have not received a letter. Hence the reason of the appointment. She did not show any compassion nor did she care about my mum's health. Utterly disgraceful and it was clear she lacked the basic qualities of being a doctor. If you don't want to help people then why work in the healthcare field? Never had a good experience at thames view health centre, so sickening.
