Fantastic service!
My brakes needed urgent attention, Kerry said she'd see what they could do and called me back within 20 minutes. Took the car in an hour later and was delighted to receive regular updates on progress. My car was returned with a full set of new brakes by the following lunchtime.
Other businesses could learn a lot from this level of customer service.

Craig and his team did the supercharger oil change and oil pipe replacement on my Honda S2000 which is not something I would trust to just anyone as it is quite specialised and done wrong risks destroying the charger. The service delivered was top notch and they took great care to get the job done right. The price was great and it saved me taking it way up country as I have done prior to get it done. Very happy to recommend and have since had them work on several other of my cars and all with the same high level of service and professionalism.
Came across as a friendly garage and receptionist. Just a little confused by the whole experience. Was told I had a brake part that needed replacing but there was no where at all to get the part, was told that they had called the Kia garage and they had said they don’t make the part anymore so car needed to be scrapped. My car is still only at 40k miles and in good condition, a Kia Rio 2011 plate so for them to suggest it be scrapped and not wait around for a part was a bit odd. Decided to take the car to a different garage, called the Kia garage ourselves and they ordered the part and confirmed it is still available and it arrived in 2 days. My feeling is I was a first time customer with little knowledge of cars so they wanted me to scrap the car so they could fix it and sell it on. Won’t be going back there.

Just taken my car in for MOT and received excellent courteous service, headlight bulb needed replacing, ( not the easiest job on a Ford Focus), and was only charged for the bulb. Many thanks. Highly recommend!
Hi all sorry to say.They never used to do repairs now they do, this place had a good reputaion i used to send friends with glowing reports..I wanted to know how much to repair BEFORE doing any repairs for MOT..as I am a former car and commercial mechanic not a fitter screwing new parts on, but as a mechanical enginer i dont believe in paying for a computer to tell me wrong ! And garages takeing half to 3 times more as much again for parts i get loads cheaper on E.BAY..always ask for a phone call BEFORE FITTING PARTS AS THESE COULD COST MORE THAN THE CAR ! That must be paid before the car is returned to owner.
Lovely staff offering cheerful service. Helped me out when I was on holiday and did excellent job. Highly recommended.
