Needed a prescription urgently as usual online service and all pharmacies I visited were out of stock of my usual meds and I was down to a few days supply. The pharmacist could not have been more helpful, despite an admin error with the prescription barcode preventing its release. He told me who to phone and what to say and was totally patient with the whole process. Pills dispensed immediately thereafter. I’m very grateful for his great service and kind manner
Started using this pharmacy 18 months ago and the service has been excellent. Called in this morning to enquire about flu jab, which by GP. Surgery had refused me because I wouldn’t have a Covid jab, no waiting, efficiently done. My grateful thanks to the pharmacist.

Opening hour quite convenient for after work medication pick ups
We are moving to a pharmacy outside of the village - wait times for medications are getting longer and longer and staff always seem grumpy and stressed out with no flexibility. I would rather travel further to be able to not feel anxious everytime I have to interact with the pharmacy. It's a shame the Lloyds in Kidlington closed as that was amazing.
