Ordered a take out and drove home only to find that the gravy was missing from 2 meals.
Drove all the way back to be met with a blank stare from the employee behind the counter, no sorry or apology, she literally walked over grabbed the gravy and placed them on the counter!
Rude and zero customer service skills.
Should have known better with all the terrible reviews.
Just avoid this place unless you're partial to rudeness, cold food and having to drive out twice for 1 order ????
In the last few times that we have come to eat the chicken is always raw, when we make the claim, they call the manager, she tells us that that is the cooking point of the chicken. However, we don't believe it because the chicken is red and the taste is bad.
Absolutely awful.
Second time going. The first time we went it was bad but we thought benefit of doubt. This visit was worse.
Chicken very over cooked and very oily and tasted like old oil.
Chips were soggy. Gravy was watery.
The girl on the counter didn't understand a question I asked.
Music very loud and horrible.
We will not be returning.
I am so so sick of coming to this kfc. Ordering a meal. And then them forgetting THE Main part of my meal. Use just don't care. It's gone up in price so much and then to get home and not have everything u have paid for is a joke. I shouldn't have to check before leaving the store. It should be there. I shouldn't have to suffer not eating because u forgot my child's mini fillet burger and I'm not gonna let her eat, I'm sick and tired of it.
Ridicously expensive, £6.99 for for 4 pieces of chicken and prepare to pay more than you should for popcorn chicken. I remember £1.99 for a small and got @15 pieces, lucky to get 10 at twice the price. Have chickens shrunk with the cost of living crisis? Albeit its nice, still could be more affordable guys.
It was quite in the restaurant but the staff were efficient. Apart from no chocolate sauce in the crushums....but that's not the staff members fault.
Visited 4th Feb 2024, Wow what an amazing crew, staff was nothing but polite, the place was very clean, and the staff was busy with both serving, and cleaning up, the food, order was perfect, I honestly couldn’t fault it in any way.
Very impressed ????????
Food was nice and correct unlike my local kfc. Enjoyed our meal
