Efficient and courteous service and great opening times
My wife was given a prescription by the out of hours Dr on Sunday 7th May and told to collect from this pharmacy.
She is not easily flustered or upset, however the rudeness and general bad attitude of both pharmacy employees she saw on that visit has put her off ever visiting again if referred there.
The male pharmacist basically blamed her for trying to pick up the medication which they didn’t have and wanted to know (quite agressively) why she was there - the fact that she is not a Dr or pharmacist herself and doesn’t know the stock holding of every pharmacy is obviously irrelevant!?
My daughter is autistic and specifically needed a certain type of medication so that she can take it with minimal distress and this bad reception was not good practice from a Pharmacy which should be customer focused and customer led.
I attended the pharmacy in desperation for an inhaler or some help atleast whilst having a very severe asthma attack and literally couldn't breathe. The people at the pharmacy were extremely unhelpful, made me feel ridiculed and didn't even treat me like a human let alone the way i would expect someone in health to behave towards someone having a crisis. I have never experienced such a lack of care or concern for another persons life, and I will never forgive the experience I was given. I will know in the future, that if i or anyone i know needs any assistance, that here is not the place to go.

I went into the pharmacy this evening to pick up a prescription for my girlfriend the lady behind the counter asked me to tell her the patients name and d.o.b which I did but they have my girlfriend address wrong. If the people behind the counter could learn to show the customers some respect instead of being all frustrated all the time and taking it out on customers.also I didn't even get apologise from any of them for be so rude.
I completely recommend Kew Pharmacy. Their opening hours are great. They source prescriptions when others cannot provide them. They have a personal touch and are flexible and really try to help.
