Almost every time we use the pharmacy it's ridiculous. My partner has been accused of getting my meds for me (with my prescription) to take and sell because "theres no way you need all them". They've tried saying that they don't have the medication we need in stock even though they can clearly be seen on the shelves. And overall the customer service is just shocking. The only nice and helpful experience I've had there was a nice young man who went above and beyond to check my baby boy was given the right medication. But apart from that it's just awful. My partner has just returned home after an hour and a half, with a prescription slip, but no medication.
We are at the point of giving up with kessingland surgery and pharmacy as they never actually seem to want to help, just end up leaving feeling fobbed off and annoyed.
Ridiculous waiting times - waiting for 20 minutes just to get some over the counter medicine. Staff are friendly but you do expect quicker service when there are 4-5 people behind the counter. Also overhead another person complaining it is always like this when they come in. Perhaps have one person serving prescription customers and another for people just looking to purchase items?
I would like to praise the pharmacist and the staff at Kessingland pharmacy for the customer care. Last week I had a phone call from the pharmacist to check how I was since starting my new medication, in my opinion this is above and beyond excellent customer service!! Thank you so much for staying open through such a difficult time. Well done all of you!
Gave up waiting to be served, another member of the public also walked out. 3 members of staff, no acknowledgement or explanation for the wait. Very poor. Will find another pharmacy.
Came on holiday without enough medication. Spoke with Kessingland pharmary and confirmed they would accept a prescription from my drs. Tel'd drs got prescription sent. And prescription processed same day. Had to go back for some medication but hadn't left it till I ran out completely. Thank you ladies.
Covid friendly, sanitiser near the entrance good clear markings on the floor to ensure a good space between people is adhered to. I fully recommend this chemist.
