After a few years of using this garage to service my car they never reset the oil change reminder on my car, over this this caused my car to inject diesal into the oil which lead to dpf issues and an expensive bill. Came here because of the positive reviews but seems like some of the technicians arent well trained.
Amazing service. Called in on the off chance as our car wouldn’t start at the hospital. They were just about to go home and went out of their way to help us. Managed to get our car started. Would definitely recommend! Thanks so much.
Definitely Avoid. Plenty of better garages elsewhere. Told me i had to change steering rack, when all the car needed was tracking and wheel alignment. These lot just guess and assume without actually checking the issue. Better knowledge and prices elsewhere!!
Cannot recommend highly enough! My colleague called Nadim at Kensington Motors after I’d broken down near by, not only did they ring round to sort a private tow truck to collect me, they diagnosed the fault immediately, said they’d fix it there and then and also gave me a lift to the BRI where I was producing a live BBC broadcast from. Time was on the essence and they completely got that, unlike my breakdown providers who won’t be getting a good review. Cannot thank the team there enough!
