A good budget place to stay close to public transport. Staff was awful though. Especially the cleaners. It was a heat wave and I called, wrote, etc never heard back about simply asking for a basic fan. We ended up opening the unlocked cleaning closet and found a fan because we were desperate. But for London I suppose it's still a good deal.
It's a bit far from center of London but it has an overground just 2min walking which connects you all around. The rooms are cozy and full with all your needs: towels, fridge, hair dresser, table, microwave, kettel. The rooms are a bit small but really nice.
Spotlessly clean, good sized room in a good location close to Kensal Green station.

The room was very cold, the heating wasn't working and we got sore throat. the walls are so thin you can hear everything.
Really nice location very close to the tube station with easy access to central London.||Nice clean room spacious with own bathroom, free coffee, flat screen TV.||Now a few negatives, the first is no fault of the ownership, I family of five were staying directly above, well when I say family it sounded more like a herd of buffalo, so noisy but thankfully they went out, the silence was deafening.||Secondly the room doesn't got made up, it was when I arrived and only stayed 2 nights so it wasn't a hardship for me, but anyone staying longer maybe it could be an issue, I've no idea if it's normal practice or not.||Without those two problems I would recommend this place.
For me it's all good, lacked human interaction, never did we meet someone
Fast, convenient and well-kept. A minute from the tube station, great price for what it offers, definitely recommend to any firstcommers!
Such a nice place to stay, nice and clean, room was comfy, would definitely stay again
