I recently moved to Heywood and looking for a reliable garage. I took my Ford Focus here due to some suspension related issue. Due to good reputation, I chose to try their work even there are few garages next to my house. According to my experience compared to any other garages I have been, Keith Wood Motors is the best garage in whole Greater Manchester. Very reasonably priced and honest staff. Their work was very fast and I am really impressed with it, will continue to be their customer. Thank you Roland and Jamie.
Cannot fault the service from this garage, on more than one occasion have squeezed me in for an urgent repair! they really do go the extra mile for their customers, I wouldn't go anywhere else and will most definitely recommend to family and friends
Absolutely such a lovely garage the owner was very honest about my car but said we would see what he could do and the woman who did the job was so lovely and chatty and was speaking to my daughter in the back I can only wish he was round the corner from me I would definitely use him a regular garage if I could I would 100% recommend he is very fair priced and isn't about ripping you off like some garages do when they see a woman on her own with children

I have been at Keith's once before and although very busy, the service was exceptional, however, I do need to share my latest experience and hopefully contribute to better administration.
Went in on a Monday to book a wheel baring replacement. When his employee asked me the day I prefer to book, I made clear that I needed the car for a weekend family trip to Wales so, whenever it suits them. He booked me for Friday morning. Thursday afternoon another employee called to inform me that due to workload they couldn't take the car in. When I explained my situation I ve been told that they would look for another garage to send me and call me back. Nobody call.If they would say no from Monday, I could take the car alsewhere.
Hotel and activities cancelled cost me £450 that I can't get back, but the most frustrating thing is the disappointment of my 3 kids when I delivered the news.
I understand that a business can face unexpected situations, especially a business in this industry. However, reliability occurs from responsibility and with decades of experience, such failures with foreseeable impact should not be occurred. Yes professional and yes great at your service as a business but don't promise what you can't deliver.
Really disappointed that I have to look for another mechanic.

Keith did an absolute fantastic job on my ford Mondeo. I originally went to him with a blown gear box. And he quickly found two other issues which he took no hesitation in sorting out for me .. even tho I'd already given him a big job to fix. I 100% recommend him and the lads best garage in heywood lovely polite service couldn't thank them enough. Thankyou.
