Sent an email to gain a quote for a garage door around 3 weeks ago. Didn’t hear anything so called after a week and spoke to someone, he said he would get back to me the following day- didn’t hear anything. I rang back week later AGAIN for him to tell me the same thing, that he would provide a quote the following day. Didn’t hear a thing. This company clearly doesn’t need your business!

Kedleston windows have just completed the fitting of new windows and front door at my home. This included 2 large bays. Don’t be put off by negative reviews. I received a superb service. The team were punctual and completed the job early. The attention to detail was excellent and all carpets were protected. Price wise you get what you pay for and I would recommend them for both price and service.
Initially I was impressed with first communication and the survey. Since then after paying my deposit, half the full amount. I've tried to contact over 6 times, no response. I'm beginning to think something is ammis!! No firm arrangements for installation. What's going on !??????

A great family run business. I was looking for a reputable firm and when I enquired with these guys, I got an email back saying 'they never cold call'. This was the first thing that I liked! No pressure from sales staff.
I rang and spoke to a chap, who arranged to come and look at what I needed and give me a quote. I had to wait a couple of weeks for that to come through but it was worth the wait!
Not the cheapest but they clearly know their stuff! Did you know you can get different sized thickness of your window frame?' I didn't. So the small windows we have can have thinner frames, meaning bigger glass panels and more light. I was very impressed with Ellis and his knowledge.
We have a stone cottage and Ellis and his team have done an excellent job! The finish is perfect, and my windows and bifold doors are beautiful. I am very pleased.
They also cleaned up after themselves! Bonus!
Intsalled two windowns and two lintels everything ran smothley from start to fininsh, they were very tidy and cleand up fantasticley
