Absolutely disappointed, ordered 2 chicken wraps , waiting more than 30 minutes , 2 people ( who I suppose they were regulars ) who they ariveved after me they're have been served first both chiken wraps , I stil waited, when I arrived home I realised what was eating was not chiken kebab but chunks of chiken breast grilled that's why it took so long as they had to grill the chiken breast ! My food ended up in the bin !
These guys are amazing!
Taste, quality, portion size and even the pricing all 10/10!!!
I'd say to top it off their service and friendly approach just makes you want to come back again if the rest wasnt enough!
Very sensibly priced kebabs which never disappoint. Very busy which is a good sign. A firm favourite.
My first grilled chicken kebab from the Kebab Van and I actually enjoyed it very much. The chicken was extremely good and the overall size of the meal fills you up too. Very reasonable price too.
Great prices and big serving size, workers are also friendly which is nice. Definitely recommend and would come again!
The best kebab van in Windsor. You can count on them late in the evening after a long shift or after party ????
Great food. Had a small doner with pita at a price better than anywhere else. Was a good size for small. The meat was soft and juicy, the salad was good (would have liked a little more lettuce though) chillies were perfect and good sauce selection. I had garlic and mint mayo + chillie sauce and also lemon juice, and it was beautiful. Kebab places don't seem to offer slices of lemon anymore for some reason.
Only problem was the wait. Looks like it's really popular as there was quite a crowd and had to wait about 25 minutes in the cold, standing in the road. I think this is like most places though when it's busy. Not sure why it takes so long to cut meat off and chuck some salad on it, perhaps it takes a while to cook in the cold outdoors during December?
EDIT: They put their prices up by £1 over night, and they mis-heard my order, and tried charging an extra 50p for a wrap which I didn't ask for. Standard pita bread is better than a wrap. Why would I pay extra for something thinner? At least the higher prices meant much smaller crowd. Still, if they can't remain competitive and put their prices up by 20% in one go then I'll probably not bother anymore.
Best kebab van in the area for miles around. Reasonably priced, hot & tasty. Been going here since they first started 25+ years ago. Chicken mix kebab ...... banging ????
