They saved my day!
I live in London and need to work in Norwich (NR9) for one day. I charged my phone in the car and run out all the battery. I called the KCR staff and they said will arrived in 40mins. (I assume at least 2 hours waiting time.)
They arrived on time and jump start my car in a minute. I can't imagine it can be solved within 1 hour.
