Dan came our this morning to help with my flat tyre when the bolt securing the spare had corroded on. He couldn't fix it at the roadside so took my van to the garage where Chris helped fix it. Absolutely top gentleman. Went well beyond what I would have expected.
Will have no concerns about recommending Kartec in future.
I was stuck 100 miles away from my home after calling RAC for help they towed me another 20 miles away from home to a service station, I was then told that after paying £400 to RAC that my recovery to home would have to be done in sections 40 miles at a time with waiting in-between, our first move from where we had been drop off by RAC at 122 miles from home we was taken 20 miles back to where we had broken down. We waited over an hour to be told that tom from this company offered to take us all the way home the rest off the mile. He was very quick and efficient in getting my car loaded, he was extremely friendly and caring in his job. He loved our puppy. And I can't thank him enough for getting us home at 3:30 am in the morning. He goes above and beyond for his services. Thank you Tom

Had a great experience with this company & what happened is I broke down in a transit & had a driver called Shaun recover me & what a pleasant & interesting fella really went above & beyond, really made me feel that it was about my safety & wellbeing & getting me home without the stress of the breakdown..I really do wish Shaun the best in life as I can see his potential.. .& a real credit to kartec????????
