Took my vehicle in to have the steering checked. Jim and his staff absolutely went the extra mile testing everything and reassuring me. Honest and genuine. I won't go anywhere else locally from now on. Can't recommend highly enough.
What a great bunch of guys, they couldn't have been more helpful or done anything more for me, including giving me a lift home. Very quick turnarround, fix and MOT with no fuss and a fair price. Thanks for everything guys, i hope you enjoyed the gummy coke bottles I left :)
Brilliant service! That's twice now that Jim and his team have bailed me out with car problems and have done so very quickly. I am disabled and without my car I'm stranded. Both times my car has been sorted well before expected. Thoroughly recommend.
Whilst on holiday our car had a brake problem which left it undrivable. Our breakdown cover could recover us to a garage but couldn't recommend one locally so after a quick Google search I found Karcare who answered the phone promptly and were able to fit us in the same day.
They managed to juggle some jobs around to get a new brake caliper fitted and the vehicle back on the road around an hour later.
Absolutely great service throughout and a lovely bunch of people. Thoroughly recommended.
Whilst on holiday in area my car broke down. The breakdown services eventually managed to diagnose the problem but couldn’t fix it. After phoning round several garages I was given Jim at Karcare’s number. He was very understanding and fitted my car in within a few hours and had it back to me in a couple of hours running perfectly. Motorhome with a flat battery. Called a couple of garages but they couldn't come out. Karcare came out within 5 minutes and started my engine straight away. Very reasonable call out charge and polite knowledgeable service. If you get stuck call these guys first. If I lived locally I would make this my local garage. Thoroughly recommend.
We are very happy with the service we received from Karcare. We were away on holiday when our clutch broke and we needed to replace this quickly. Karcare were able to book our car in on the same day. James at Karcare took a look at our car and gave us a very honest and reasonable price for the work. Upon our return one of the mechanics, Alan, took the time to show us what he had done along with the part that he had changed which we really appreciated. We also think that they gave the exterior of the car a clean which was a lovely surprise. Thank you to all at Karcare, we happily recommend.
Found myself with car trouble whilst on holiday nearby over the Christmas holiday. The Karcare staff immediately helped, diagnosed the problem and had my car sorted within an hour. Excellent service and friendly staff.
