Rude waitress from Burma.
She communicates arrogantly, is rude, she sent me to the kitchen to ask the cook where my dish was, after she mixed it up and waited for a long time, they still didn’t start cooking it.
The price tag is high. The food is ordinary.

The sticky rice with mango feels like a joke… Sandwiches are okay, that‘s why they get two stars.
We’ve been there two times for lunch and got Tuna Baguette Sandwiches, which were good value for money. Nothing too special, but at least the bread was nice and crunchy. Drinks are quite expensive for the area.
So I went there again to get some sticky rice with mango - unfortunately for takeaway, because I would not have paid for this… I looked at the price which was already quite high for this dish (150฿), but okay. When I opened the container at the hotel, I thought they forgot something… I mean look at the picture: it‘s not even half a mango and the smallest serving of rice I‘ve ever seen… very disappointing.
The waitresses are extremely rude, arrogant and unfriendly.
Felt like being a very unpleasant guest. Body language as well as verbal language were very rude and disrespectful. I was chocked! There is something wrong there.
Are they aware that a business, in specific a cafeteria, is all about empathetic, pleasant and customer oriented experience? These are the core elements! What a shame.
Anyway, you gained a bad realistic review/feedback and lost me and many other clients with this awful attitude.
This is a very nice coffee shop and for desserts. I would highly recommend a coffee here. It is the best coffee I had in Phuket. I would not leave Kamala without having a coffee and dessert here. They also have soya milk for those who have allergies. The customer service was excellent and they were extremely polite. Highly recommended to come here. Prices are good too. 480 Baht for 2 coffees and 2 desserts. Thank you for great a coffee.
This coffee shop is a lovely place to enjoy an ice cream. I had lime and coconut ice cream and the flavour was delicious, particularly the lime one was very refreshing. Perfect combination to pair with a nice soya cappuccino. They also have ice cream Sundae with different flavours and topins, and you can make different combinations with chocolate, vanilla, cream, cookies, mocca, etc. They also make mango sticky Rice. The staff is super nice.
We had breakfasts here almost every morning. Quiet place with a sea view. It has a lovely atmosphere as they always serve you with a smile and the food is delicious, western traditional which gives you a break from local delicacies. Highly recommend.????????

Fry rice taste normal. Big breakfast taste bad n over priced compared with what u got. Coffee is…..$&@“@@&$…..n u call this pancake? Looks like birthday cake
