Wow I never ever make complaints however after todays encounter I feel the need to. A dark haired lady , who was on the till today was the most rudest , inconsiderate, unprofessional person I have ever come across. Something tells me though she will not care less about this review. Firstly she kicked about looking for my prescription , never gave me all of them as she clearly couldn’t be bothered to look. I also pre pay however this is the only pharmacy where the cashier has signed for my prescription without my consent. Unstable behaviour and aggressive . Will be moving away from their pharmacy.
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! ⚠️⚠️⛔⛔⛔????very rude staff, at this chemist. Did not care one bit about my illness ????????????more concerned about making money.???????????????? They are very discriminating against customers.???? Prices are expensive. Useless place, I would not even give them 1 star if possible, go somewhere else with polite and helpful people. Do not give them any custom, would be great if they closed for good. ????????????????????????????
Maybe just my experience, the lady serving has an attitude problem, unfriendly and often rude. Chemist used to drop a SMS message when prescription was ready to be picked up, queried months ago and was told it would be up and running shortly.
I'd avoid if I could but it's linked to my doctor's surgery.
Since this pharmacy is no longer Lloyds with new management, I was extremely impressed by the ever so friendly and brilliant customer service. You are not just a number or a prescription but are treated as a valued individual something that many companies today do not do any more. Can’t praise them enough went above and beyond and I left totally satisfied. Thank you for your kindness and attentive service.
Not going there again. Very rude staff specially the young lady on the cashier.
This is undoubtably the best Pharmacy in Coventry. The staff are so helpful and friendly nothing is to much trouble for them to help you.
The Pharmacists will go the extra mile to source your medication I should know I take 10 medications and if they don't have it in stock they will do there best to find it for you A.S.A.P.

This is the first time I've had my sons prescription sent to this chemist and it is definitely the last. Called 12 times today. The one time they answered the guy said "were all on lunch call back later". I have, 6 more times. Does anyone even work here? Absolutely awful.
Disgraceful ! Shame I am unable to give minus stars !! Booked a cholesterol test, was kept waiting for 20 minutes to be told a load of rubbish about their pharmacist being off sick for weeks and they were not trained to test. If there was no pharmacist who is dispensing the meds ?
