As usual my annual check up was carried out thoroughly and professionally with excellent feed back on the condition of my teeth and gums. I arrived ahead of my appointment time and was seen punctually. Outstanding service from Mr Jones as usual.
All staff are pleasant and polite. My dentist, Miss Collins, is thorough and patiently answers any of my questions. She always gives advice on how best to care for my teeth.
As usual, I was taken into the treatment room in as soon as I arrived. My dentist, Mr Jones, welcomed me, and asked me what had prompted my visit.
After a thorough conversation about my needs, the dentist then proceeded to carry out several fillings, a process which was both professional, and painless.
I have no hesitation in recommending this dental practice.
Am a bit baffled if I'm honest, changes and nothing explained. Think they just moved us to private without asking, no forms or letters, documents explaining anything, band 1,2,3 ??
Usually check up, clean polish.
Was told need x-ray ? Declined more money, Had one last appointment , told needed a deep clean, never had that before, £44 or something. Apparently xray was included in check up price!! Should have been informed, would of proceeded
Am I NHS or private, letter should be given explaining the changes, and choices should be given, had no problems with my teeth before check up clean polish was always done.
I signed a form usual one , note check what you signing !!! I hope they have not just moved me to private without proper information !!
Lovely, welcoming and friendly visit. Thorough check up and detailed description of treatment needed. Worth the wait!
Further from my other treatment, just attended emergency appointment and was lucky enough to see Mr Jones. Cannot believe the expert treatment given, such a welcome change from my previous surgery!! Again, explained and discussed every stage of work. First time I came out of a dentist and nearly enjoyed it!! ???? Many many thanks.
Experience was excellent receptionist Michelle is an asset to this practice very helpful, calm and precise took all in her stride, phone calls people coming in and out. No feeling you are a nusicance asking questions. My dentist again very helpful reassuring explaining very well to the concerns I was raising, and explained fully what my next appointment would entail.
Excellent dentist in all aspects. Everything went smoothly and I left the surgery feeling reassured.

The dentist - Ben was very good. He discussed with me what he wanted to do & explained it fully - was polite & spent some unexpected time on a filling on a tooth. His demaenor was reassuring.
