Excellent service!!! Would highly recommend Starter motor went on the Tuesday evening, rang for a quote 8am Wednesday , rang back @ 8:35 with a very competitive quote and availability for the next day. Dropped car in @ 8am Thursday received a text message @11am to say it’s all done. The car starts on the button now very satisfied.

My boyfriend had his car taken to this garage after breaking down. The communication from the get go was absolutely shocking. His car was at this garage for a month and a half, in which time, a part was removed and sent off for repair twice and then we were told after 1.5 months to take it elsewhere as they couldn’t fix it and we had to pay to have it moved to another garage. We constantly had to chase for updates and the mechanic just fobbed us off with “I’ll call you when there’s an update” but considering the car was out of action for 1.5 months and they only proactively texted him once - it’s understandable as to why we kept chasing. This was our only way of getting around so being without a car for 1.5 months was very detrimental. There was no urgency at all - the only good thing is that we didn’t get charged for anything. I would give this garage 0 stars if I could but I cannot - Do not take your car to this garage - unless you have 2 months to kill.
