Yesterday I had a minor problem with my car. I called the garage and as soon as the gentleman replied, he was very helpful and he managed to make a space for my car even though it was the end of the day. Spoke with other members of staff that were very helpful and explained everything to me concisely and to the point. First time used and also you have a new client. 5 stars well deserved
First time using John's garage and I'm very pleased! I'm clueless about cars and I'm always worried about being charged for things I don't need, but John was really honest, did a service on my car and told me everything was good with it and it didn't need any work at all. Very fair price on mini service as well. Definitely recommending this garage! Thank you for your speedy work!
After going to multiple garages for a fault, being told different things from a quick look. John got me in same day, had a very detailed look at my whole underside, brought me over to show me the problems. Explained everything clearly, and what work was more urgent, also did the job quicker than quoted and called to let me know. Really great mechanics and doesn’t rip you off !! Would recommend to anybody !
Was looking for a garage that would do an MOT and a second opinion on work that had already been quoted from another garage that had done a pre MOT test .
John’s Garage came highly recommended.

John was recommended by a staff from Bicester Village as I had problem with my car a few years ago, we stick to his service ever since then coz he is so professional and reliable and FUN ????. We recommend to everyone who would have any issue with their cars.
So disappointed in this garage after booking it based on all the great reviews. Took my mini for service & MOT, first service since I've had this car, and didn't know what service was due, so John gave me 2 options. I chose a full service as he quoted £240 incl parts and labour. He called me to tell me that the steering rack gaiters needed replacing, he never mentioned that this would cost £X or even mention that there would be any additional cost to do them, and as I had thought it was parts & labour included I obviously didn't think to ask. Went to pick the car up, thinking it would be around £300 including the MOT to find a whopping £647 Bill!!! Totally gobsmacked! When I questioned the bill he denied telling me he said that, but if he had told me that cost quoted was exclusive of Parts, Labour and VAT, I would have gone for the cheaper service! Then to make it even worse, he tells me I still have to book it into another garage to get the tracking done, so the cost is going to be even more expensive. Lesson learnt here, to get everything in writing beforehand.
Had a smoke coming under the bonnet, booked an appointment and sorted in a professional manner. John is spot on. Great customer service. Definitely will use again. Highly recommended!!
Brilliant, honest and speedy service from John's Garage on our 2007 Toyota Yaris air conditioning system. Communication was easy and professional before the appointment and the problem was diagnosed quickly and thoroughly upon dropping the vehicle off.
