Having just arrived in Fort William on Holiday, I wanted a good burger and boy, did I get it!
The staff were friendly and polite, the food was made to order and it was all still hot when I got it back to my hotel. The Bacon Party and the Kramer were messy, but BURSTING with flavour! They were oh so good! I would highly recommend this lovely restaurant if you want a great burger!
Extremely helpful & courteous staff , hot freshly cooked burgers and pizza ! Warmed our hearts too as they were about to close but we 4 hungry travellers were taken care of . Loved the place , the food and the kindness . Highly recommend . Great experience ! Rare breed of people - working in the kitchen , manning the counter and of course the leadership team which can motivate such a team .

We really really enjoyed this place. To be honest, everywhere was packed at lunch and they didn't have a line so we came in. The staff was friendly. The burgers and fries were just really really good. And they had chilly fries and chilli dogs and so forth. The food was really tasty.... they hit the mark with this food (The owner is American and said they are new). Give it a try, you won't regret it.
This was the best burger I’ve had in 10 years, since moving abroad. If you’re hungry for an authentic American burger, Jiggy’s is your place. Even the toasted bun was perfect. The milkshakes are made the old-fashioned way with real ice cream. My husband and I were going to share a shake, but it was so good he drank the whole thing and we ordered another. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Great food, great prices, great service.
Great quality Burgers and Pizza. The staff were accommodating and the burgers were delicious. Wasn’t expecting this in Fort William but glad no one else would take our money after 8pm. 10/10 recommend and will be going back the next time I’m driving through Fort William. Seriously good American Style Burgers.
We wanted something quick and we were blown away. If you're an american traveling to ft William, this will remind you of an In and Out Burger. Fresh burgers with tons of flavor and fresh hot fries. The staff were friendly, helpful, and the place is clean with a great atmosphere. Would eat here again :)
As a former gourmet burger business owner I know what makes a good burger. These were on the money. Great patties, Juicy, all the trimmings, they even toasted the baps. Little details like the box, the bamboo skewers to hold the burgers together and the colourful grease proof paper in the bottom of the box all made this an awesome burger. I come from Northern Ireland where burgers are burnt, tasteless and served in toxic polystyrene boxes that make burgers soggy. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
Great NY style pizza slices - nice flavor in the crust and sauce. I also stole a bite of my husband’s chili dog and it was fantastic. The street corn was a really nice surprise - fresh and well spiced. Add a little Mexican cotija cheese and it would be perfect.
