3 stars as early days yet since move from Lloyds to JHoots but so far so good. Wife went in to see if her repeat prescription was ready. With Lloyd's staff she was regularly interrogated but today pharmacist simply made it up there and then normally staff told her to come back later because they couldn't be bothered speaking with the pharmacist.
Unbelievably overpriced and unhelpful. We had women's intimate area product and didn't even offer us a paper bag to cover the item. Whilst we were in there and looking around and general items were so overpriced it was a joke.
Never answer the phone, never seem to have the prescriptions, pharmacist is rarely there, they always seem to be short staffed.
Never answer the phone. Have been trying since Thursday. Am very late taking my tablets. Hardly ever open or ‘on lunch’ breaks. I have had to move pharmacies because they simply do not care.
Couldn’t get my medication trays today shop said closed due to staff shortages I had to ring 111 & they sent a script to Hambleton but they couldn’t do it as not enough time then my neighbour who offered to take my daughter to chemist in Poulton had to wait because road out of village closed due to Gala so I’m sat here 2.30pm waiting to take meds I needed to take this morning ????
Absolutely dreadful customer service. The staff are so unhelpful and so unfriendly.
I've recently moved into the area and have only visited twice. The first time the member of staff was so disinterested and unhelpful.
Absolutely soul destroying experience.
Staff should be able to make the effort to at least show a bit of helpful customer service.
Horrible pharmacy to pop into for immediate basics.

I booked myself and the in-laws for our flu jabs into Knott End Lloyd's pharmacy. Staff were extremely polite, patient and professional, we couldn't of asked for a better service. Thankyou to everyone at Lloyd's Pharmacy Knott End.
Pros : excellent service and polite.
Cons : None whatsoever.
When I needed help with my mum’s medication they were incredibly helpful, fast, and courteous. Got good advice from the lovely lass at the counter, really eased my stress. Thankyou!
