The new pharmacist here wow!!!!, NO manners, Very rude, she turnt her back on me after refusing to give me an emergency inhaler, as she didn’t understand that they have to prescribe one as I’ve had to do many times before. But she’d rather not take time to understand what I’m saying, leaving me unable to breathe and no further help given .
Bring back the male pharmacist that’s been there for years. Wonderful man.
I have finished with this pharmacy as apart from the lovely English lady, the other 2 people are foreign and speak their own language which I think is very rude while the pharmacy is filled with English people. I spent my morning today running around trying to sort my own medication out. I applied my repeat prescription on the 25th February and went to collect it today and they said they hadn’t received it, so I went to my surgery and obtained the items that had been ordered and that J hoots had received it on the 26th so I went back to the pharmacy and showed the prescription item numbers and the lovely English lady said they had everything in stock, and seemed puzzled as to why I hadn’t had the items. Apart from the English lady no one else seems to know what they’re doing! They are supposed to be in charge of people’s lives as people depend on their medication to be correct and ready and it’s not. The pharmacist should know what they’re doing surely. Come back Tim and Emma all is forgiven. I’ve been so disappointed that I’ve moved my pharmacy to Boots in town.

I find it very unsatisfactory that the answerphone for the Whitecross Road pharmacy is on practically all the time, It is almost impossible to speak to anyone to order a repeat prescription. Nor do they respond to messages left on the answerphone to confirm the answer to a query or that information given was received. It was not like this with Lloyds. There was always someone available to answer the phone. The instructions at the end of Jhoots answerphone message are not clear.
had enough of them, just wanted to hand a prescription in ,totally ignored twice ,had to walk out before i lost my rag, they are so rude. i have now gone else where
My family are regular users of Lloyd's, Whitecross Road. They are now busier than ever and short staffed. I am dumbfounded that the highest professional standards are maintained, and that each and every member of staff devotes special care and individual attention to every patient / customer. All this whilst under pressure, yet remaining calm, courteous and with cheerfulness and willingness.

As of October 2023 this is no longer a Lloyds Pharmacy. Still open but no name/branding visible outside.
Great pharmacy only 15 mins walk from the town centre. I get my repeat prescription here every month and it's always on time. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
