Best KPortal Reviews

Terrible!!! Avoid at all cost.
My review has been triggered by being asked to review the (excellent) dentist that I and my family moved to 10 years ago (as a direct result of the terrible service here!)
Assuming nothing has changed (judging by the abundance of negative reviews it would suggest nothing has) - this was my personal experience.
I do not have a good word to say about this place and their service. The main man’s arrogance and total disregard for his patients beggars belief.
Multiple no shows or late showings on the part of the dentist himself for all 4 of us on multiple occasions - with no apology or explanation when he did eventually arrive. Really?!
The overwhelming sense that you are being rushed through on a money making conveyor belt at every consultation with very little care and attention actually spent on the job in hand … where looking cool, fast and ‘efficient’ obviously out trumps the quality of the service you provide.
Don’t get me started on the ‘holier than thou’ habitual parking on the double yellows outside his practice… I digress
If I could rate zero stars I think I probably would…
I had an appointment booked over a month in advance. When I arrived for my appointment there was a note on the door saying the practice was closed. The practice did not attempt to contact me at all to let me know they were closed. I will not be returning to this practice!
If there are any positive reviews regrading this dentists surgery it will most likely be fake, I honestly do not know how they are still in business. For your own good find another dentist you will live to regret it if you take the risk.
Like so many others I have now had several appointments cancelled, this one was for me and my 8 year old son so I need to look elsewhere. If you're not interested in picking up NHS patients then you shouldn't take them on, short notice cancellations are unfair when people have taken time off work. Poor practise!
The WORST dentist I have ever been to. My appointment was cancelled twice and when I finally went in, my dentist had no mask on and whilst he was examining my OPEN mouth, he coughed whilst hovering over me and didn’t cover his mouth so of course it went all over me. Horrifying. I didn’t think anything of it at first as I was in agony with my tooth. He completely missed that I had an abscess (I had that confirmed a week later by another dentist) and told me he wouldn’t do root canals there so said I could just have the tooth removed. I booked on for that tooth to be removed and lo and behold a day before my appointment is CANCELLED AGAIN after weeks of waiting in agony. This dentist is an absolute shambles. So dodgy - please please refrain from visiting with them. Shocking. The only saving grace was the nice receptionist.
I have received the letter to remind I am overdue for Oral Hygiene Visit today. I really want to attend it but my appointment s had been cancelled for seven times in last half year at always been noticed a day before or at the same day with the same reason. Is it reasonable for the GP users or your center is just accepting private appointment?
Appears great at first but this is the most unreliable dental practice I've ever attended. I've had my routine check up cancelled 3 times which has lead me to need emergency dental work at a different practice. Reception hardly ever answer the phone and if they do they give you false information!
Absolutely abysmal dentist. I booked an appointment nearly a month in advance and received multiple appointment reminder emails leading up to it.
On the day of the appointment, I spent in excess of £70 for a return train ticket and booked a day off work to attend the appointment, only to arrive half an hour early and discover it to be totally closed. I waited until well after the appointment was due to begin and no one answered either the door or phone to the practice.
I received absolutely no indication that the practice was closed whatsoever and was just left in the dark. If a patient behaved like this, they'd be liable for a fine, whereas I won't even receive financial compensation for this ridiculous behaviour. The following day, there was still no answer from them when called up.
I essentially never write reviews, but this was just wholly unacceptable and needed to be said. Looking at other reviews, it would seem that this is a common occurrence - avoid like the plague.
