Iv been using Jaypharm chemist for a couple of years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else I have always received excellent customer service. The staff always acknowledge you as you walk through the door, always happy to help and are always polite. Extra credit to Kelly that works there she is such a lovely lady, & is always so friendly.

Worst pharmacy ever since lockdown have had a GP prescription since 15th April, no notification of it being ready and no one picks up telephone, unable to fulfil GP prescription requests but don't have any choice to revert back to paper prescriptions
I have been using Jaypharm chemist since 2006 and throughout these years I’ve always had a great service. Kelly is often the person that I deal with, and is very friendly, helpful, professional and goes out of her way to assist me. I would highly recommend Jaypharm chemist.
Unprofessional and Disrespectful Behaviour recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Kelly who works at your phamacy This individual's behavior was unprofessional and utterly disrespectful.During my interaction, instead of addressing my concerns or inquiries with courtesy and professionalism, the individual resorted to screaming and berating me. This aggressive behavior not only made me feel uncomfortable but also left me shocked and dismayed.Furthermore, the lack of accountability and refusal to acknowledge her behavior only exacerbated the situation. It's disheartening to encounter such unprofessionalism, especially when seeking assistance or support.I strongly advise others to reconsider engaging with Kelly . She threatens people because her husband speaks Bengali that's just not right so what your husbands Bengali that shouldn't let you be aggressive your at work be professional, everybody els have been really nice they should get rid of KELLY
Visited to get a travel vaccine for £120 and a lot of nonsense came with it.
- Spoken down to by staff referred to as boy and went on to assume and question me of inappropriate topics based on my race
- had my name called out wrong several times even though the person calling out had my name written on a paper which they were holding
- when being administered the vaccine, the individual carrying out the procedure lacked in hygiene. He was touching his face and nose rigorously and then went on to administer the vaccine. Atleast put some gloves on. I would think that's standard procedure. I stayed silent and didn't voice my concerns to avoid an altercation.
I've been getting my repeat medication from Jaypharm for more than 9 years now. This girl at the counter name Kelly has one nasty appalling attitude towards the patients. Recently I've realized when I order my repeat they take forever sometimes more than a week to deliver. My latest prescription was issued on Monday and today's Friday still haven't received it. I called in to find out This Kelly thing picks up and speaks rudely I swear down what's with this behavior she's a bloody receptionist why does acts like as if the owns the pharmacy. I noticed her nasty awful behavior towards other patients in the past too and I never liked it. She needs to fix up her attitude and behavior or else Jaypharm pharmacy will be losing loads of patients and customers for sure. I'm changing my pharmacy after this incident I just don't like her she should be fired people like her with that attitude shouldn't be working in the medical environment at all
I went to the pharmacy and the staff served me quickly and efficiently. The staff are really polite and always make me feel welcome. Thank you Jaypharm for your hard work.
