The staff here are disgraceful they were unpolite to my 80 year old mother when she was querying her incorrect medication. They told her to contact her doctor without asking if she has sufficient tablets to last. I am appalled by this behaviour towards the elderly!
Absolute disgrace. £15 charged for a private script for 15 x 500mg Amoxicillin. Same service at Bosden pharmacy is £6. Will NEVER use again.

Answers the phone quickly and you don't have to wait long in the shop.

The whole team work really hard in getting our monthly medications to us on time and we are always made to feel extremely welcome. The service here is very personal, professional and everyone is extremely helpful. Both of us are very grateful for all of your help and support.

Lovely staff in jaybee and will help and advise in anyway they can. They are the only pharmacy on Offerton estate too. The medicines are usually in. They don't beat around the bush if they are not they will tell you to look for another chemist. Always pleasant n always feel positive visiting there
After a lady left my weekly meds kept being messed up by Adele.. I had delivery on a Monday and Tuesday. So checked my meds before and again an item was missing, so the chemist said they didn't get it( would of been nice to of been told that this morning) so talked to drs they said it was there they must of missed it and that they would drop it of on way home. So I rang up to say thank you. Then Adele started screaming at me calling me all names understand the sun... So my house mate had to take me in my pjs as I'm ill in bed. And said kicks of at me Threatening squaring up to me. Thanks for leaving me a mess my mental health has been so bad and now she has pushed me over the ed least you wil have one less person to deal with...I used to send chocolates in ect as a thank you but guess I'm to much of a burden for being ill...
