Absolute top notch food whilst driving through ( actually we was lost) glad we spotted this place has we was getting hungry. We was sceptical but empty bellies over-ruled it. But we was very surprised the food was lovely.
Myself, boyfriend and his family ordered last night at 19:20 to be told it would be with us in 45 minutes to an hour, hour and half went by so we rang to be told they've already tried to deliver it once when not one of us heard the door go. They said they will pop it back out to us in 10 minutes another half hour so rang back asking what's going on with our order to be told that it's been awfully busy all night and it's just on its way now. So they lied when we rang the first time that they never tried to deliver it, just wanted to cover their backs! Disgusting. When we tried to ring it took several attempts as they kept hanging up on us! Over 2 hours for a takeaway!
The owner stays in Newport, but native of Sylhet, Bangladesh. They don't accept cards, only cash. Special attention given if one says the magical words "koto taka?" Highly rated for hygiene and cleanliness.
Food is outsatanding ,but custome service is awful, twice i have made an order to be delivered and twice now no show ,don't even answer the phone to you when your chasing up your order ROOD Is an understatment when you have children looking fowardto their food to tell them its a no show , Wont be ordering from here again
Wanted to order lastnight it was around about 9 pm but was told that the delivery driver had just left my area on another delivery and will not return to deliver mine as " it was to late " Not happy with this service if they want to turn customers down because of the area they live in i live literally 10 mins away from the shop,
Will not be ordering again evan though i didn't get the chance to ????????
