We've used Jarrett Brothers for 14 years - car servicing, MOT and repairs. Always a friendly and helpful team and I find them trustworthy and reliable with reasonable prices. Wouldn't look elsewhere.
A local little gem of a place that have always made sure my car is well looked after.
A recent visit for an MOT tooK just under an hour ???????? enough time to have a coffee with a friend in lovely Chipping Sodbury
Took my car in with coolant/heating issue and was diagnosed and solved very quickly. Even went the extra mile to get a part from inner Bristol and fitted it before the end of the day. Outstanding service and treated better than you would get at a main dealer!!!
I've been going to Jarrett Brothers for the last 3 years and can only praise their service!
Took my car in for an intermittent issue, they were very up front with how they were going to approach the problem and what that would likely cost. They didn't apply any pressure to try and get the job either. Seems like an upfront and honest business, will be going back again.
Called them February/ March can't remember fully and the i think they got back to me on the 4 april. Called them back 7th April they Quated me £1200 for chain replacement. Booked in for the 20th April left my car there was supposed to pick it up Friday 22nd. 22nd comes no phone call no nothing Saturday nothing went there on Monday they said my car still in bits as you can see on the lift they are waiting on parts he said and then goes when ever the car is ready I will call you don't know when that would be. Called me back April 29th saying my car is ready. And now come October called them asked about a timing belt on a ford c max gave him the detail said would call back. now been 2 months and no call back.
I have been using Jarrett's for over 20 years now, they have always done a good job at a fair price. I'm happy to say I fully trust them with my cars for repairs and servicing.
Great service and friendly people.
Good rates and knowledgeable staff. We went there on a recommendation and were not disappointed.
Have gone back again and again for routine servicing and for repairs and always confident that they've done only necessary work and done it well
