We have used James E Barnes Solicitors three times over the past 15 years. First to purchase our flat, a few years later to extend the lease and most recently to sell our flat. Jim and his team have been outstanding every single time and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Every transaction was handled with utmost professionalism. We were constantly updated, all questions were answered promptly, and Jim was only ever a phone call away when we needed advice. Jim Barnes and his team are highly experienced, responsive, friendly and give every transaction their all.
We couldn't be happier with their services and are now turning to James E Barnes Solicitors for the fourth time purchasing another property.
My Experience with Mr Barnes was and still very good as he has been handling our cases since 2005 so this is explain everything. He always timely respond to calls or emails. He never disappoint our trust on him. Maybe a gentle reminder to us if we are late in responding to an email would be helpful, other than that we are happy with his service and will continue as long as we need anything.
Jim is extremely knowledgeable and is always a pleasure to deal with. We'll definitely use his services again. (Already have twice)
