Really helpful and friendly. I arrived past opening time by an hour and the gentleman said as he knew I was waiting for a prescription he very kindly sorted the prescription that we had been waiting for even though he was on his way home. I want to thank him for his kindness.
Rude and unhelpful attitude. When you're not feeling particularly well it doesn't help that you are told to "go away and come back in ½hr" and then told to "step back" when you go to pick up the prescription. Later that morning the chemist rang me to apologise and explained that the technology wasn't working properly and he was annoyed at it and not me. I accepted his apology.

In complete agreement with the majority of people reviewing this place... I had the unfortunate need to visit due to not being able to obtain a prescription from elsewhere. The male serving was one of the most patronising and rude people I've had the misfortune to engage with.
I will ensure I do not visit again and have already started telling family and friends not to go here, even if it results in having to drive well out of my way.
We have always found the Team very helpful and could not hope for better service, went above and beyond when we did not have transport to collect both our prescriptions and delivered them to our home personally.

Oh my lord, what an awful experience, the man behind the counter was rude, patronising and disdainful. I could not remove myself from this experience quick enough. Went to another chemist locally which was professional and helpful.
Had a prescription to pick up from there but couldn’t go at the time so my nan went for me.
they were very blunt and rude to her and said they didn’t have my prescription, so I Phoned my doctors to confirm where it is and turns out they did have it.
the doctor gave me a serial number to phone up the chemist and give to them to track my prescription.
Once again very rude on the phone telling me to speak better and would interrupt me while I was telling them the number to say It was wrong even though I was only half way telling them the it, but once I finally managed to say the whole number it magically was right and my prescription was there all along. Can’t believe this place is even still running after looking at the other reviews for them on here. If I could give 0 stars I would
Would have to agree with the other reviewers, incredibly unpleasant experience here. I went in to buy some pain relief medication for my mother, of which the man serving said I'd already bought from him the previous week (in a condescending tone), which I hadn't, or indeed even visited the chemist in recent times. I said you must be confusing me with someone else, the man eventually served me but not without giving me the filthiest look I can remember in a good while. Felt really uncomfortable throughout. Avoid if you can help it, I only went as Boots didn't have the medication my mother needed.
The pharmasist is like Danny Devito (off Taxi) standing behind his screen but without the humour. He grunts & gets involved in conversations that he wasn't even part of. The rudeness levels of this indidvual are off the chart & I wouldn't address a dog the way this chap speaks to customers. I wouldn't call him a man let alone a gentleman. Avoid this place, I have stopped lining his pockets.
