Disgusting!! Under cooked chicken then was put off and the whole lot went in the bin! I rang and was told they’d re-do me some and that they’d make sure it doesn’t happen again! No thank you
Absoloutley gorgeous meal from jades kitchen first time we’ve ordered will definitely be ordering again
Ordered the special fried rice and crab and sweetcorn soup. £13.07
Let’s begin with the crab and sweetcorn soup, firstly there is no crab in it, merely those awful crab sticks, which are as we all know white fish, served for some unknown reason in two small pots. Why? Standard lower order Chinese cooking.
The special fried rice, had a topping of pork, chicken, beef and prawns on a bed of very dehydrated flavourless rice. Tried to offer it to my four dogs, not one would eat it, and the puppy sometimes eats it’s own poo, so there is their comment on the quality.
This is the first time, and the last time I’ll order, it has joined the rest of the appalling Chinese take always in Eastwood.
Shut a hour early and refused to accept my call several times.

Tried Jade Garden for the first time this evening. Ordered Sweet n Sour chicken ball, x2 egg fried rice and chips.
Got to say, was very disappointed. The chicken balls were very doughy and the chicken meat was waterey and under cooked. The rice was nothing to shout about and chips tasted awful.
Won't be rushing to use Jade Garden again, will stick to my usual takeaway.
The food was very late and tasted like it had been kept warm for some time. There are plenty other Chinese restaurants in the area, so they need to up their game. Won’t order again.
The special fried rice was basically just bit of rice with a few bits of different meats chucked on top no no pride gone into it at all. And the sweet and sour sauce was like water. Prawn crackers where ok though.
I’ve ordered quite a bit from there, delivery is quick, food is really good and equal to the price you’re paying and they give you a lot compared to other chinese takeaways (especially the box meals). And the lady in the counter is really nice and kind :)
