Can't see the reason for all the negative reviews here? We've ordered from Jade House twice now and both times the food has been great tastes really good and piping hot as it should be. Will definitely be a regular here now
Had a takeaway from highly towards the end of last week. Both my wife's and my food contained chicken. We have both been very very ill since then. The food was disgusting. Please please be careful what you eat.
Really lovely food, hot, fresh delicious. We collected the food and really enjoyed it, could not fault it in any way!
So... I ordered a simple sweet and sour chicken balls and chips. When I got home the chicken balls were tiny and mostly batter. I complained to the Jade House and instead of offering us a refund or to make some fresh they refused and blamed their supplier. Customer service is very poor. Be warned.
Ordered a delivery to Unicorn camp site,delivered in 25 min,food was spot on,very good,£30 min order on delivery.
We love this Chinese takeaway. There are no eat in facilities. This is only eat out, they do delivery and the delivery service is very good. The food is always really nice. They have the best large pancake rolls I have ever tasted, hey have a lovely crispy batter coating. Service is good and quick. The staff are nice. If your in Highly give it a try.

It was a Friday night so expected a busy Chinese, I was told an hour for delivery which was acceptable. 2h25 minutes later and 5 phone calls later our food arrived . Luke warm . The grievance doesn’t end there. The food was awful. Large prawns passed off as king prawns coated in soggy batter, egg fried rice that resembled porridge. Chow mien with no more than 3 Grammes of chicken no veg as such and seriously over cooked all accompanied by a bag of smashed prawn crackers.
No apologies from the driver or shop staff. Just don’t do it!!!
