The food was supposed to take 30 mins it took over an hour to get here .
£8.60 for 6 chicken nuggets in salt and pepper seasoning. Very poor . The fried rice was ok and so was the curry sauce . The chips were below par. After spending £30 they didnt give any extra not even a small bag of prawn crackers. Won't be using them again.
1 star is too high for this place.. Absolutely horrendous…
I am convinced the chicken wasn’t even chicken, the smell that hit us when we opened the containers was vile. The food was literally inedible and when I rang to voice my concern they couldn’t even care. Her famous words were “you just don’t like our chicken” … No refund, and no solution to our problem.
£50 down and still starving!
2 hours and 15 minutes for food to arrive, that's after chasing twice on the phone. Daughter could not have any as was way past her bed time when it arrived so wasted meal. Salt and pepper chips not edible as some were still raw and crunchy. No offer of refund, didn't seem to care

Got a Half shredded Duck, soup and Salt n Pepper chips.
Woman on the front desk was absolutely lovely.
We buy duck often and we only got given a small container with the duck which was off the bone meat. We could tell that we hadn't been given anywhere near half a ducks worth, very disappointed for the price.
The soup and chips were fantastic. I will be returning for the chips alone.
This takeaway is absolutely disgraceful don't offer no refund! They bring the food stone cold they use frozen chips the curry feels like your arse is gonna fall out ???? makes you feel ill within minutes ???? litterally waste of money wouldn't recommend to anyone to use Jackie chan get the order completely wrong the place is just vile! How low can you actually go the man that ordered he has terminal cancer and the woman on the phone could only say if we order again they will do it for free nope we don't want your chippy use can keep it we just wanted a refund but they said the driver wasn't coming back they are just rude and arrogantand really poor quality the chips were raw ????
Ordered off u re eats , salt a pepper chips were soggy undercooked and the worst I’ve had , S&P ribs looked like bbq ribs with a bit of seasoning on and vermicelli was average. Sorry won’t be back
Ordered some S&P Chips And Chicken... chips were decent, nice looking, fairly good taste to them. The chicken on the other hand was undercooked, and it was like McDonald's had a downgrade on their nuggets to be quite honest. I absolutely hated it and will not be ordering from here again.
